Will Call Name Change Policy

If you are requested a name change for ticket(s) purchased at McDonald Theatre Online Ticketing, please note that Tickets will be provided to the PURCHASER NAME only, unless a NAME CHANGE REQUEST is emailed that includes CONCERT NAME, PURCHASER NAME, INVOICE RECEIPT and NAME AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP TICKETS. Purchase request must be received at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS before day of event.

Please request will call name changes by replying to the receipt received after purchase. You can request a name change below, but to assure that each and every name change request is applied, it is best to follow the above directions.
