Please note that McDonald Theatre Ticketing is not set up to accept GIFT CARDS.

Will Call Name Change Policy

Tickets will be provided to the PURCHASER NAME only, unless a NAME CHANGE REQUEST is emailed that includes CONCERT NAME, PURCHASER NAME, INVOICE RECEIPT and NAME AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP TICKETS. Purchase request must be received at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS before day of event.

Please request will call name changes by replying to the receipt received after purchase.

All event tickets purchased on the McDonald Theatre Safe and Secure Online Store for any McDonald Theatre event will be provided at the McDonald Theatre Box Office located at 1010 Willamette Street in Eugene, Oregon on the day of event ONLY after 5:30 p.m.

A minimal service charge will be added to all event tickets.

Hard tickets will be provided at this time to the PURCHASER NAME PROVIDED AT TIME OF TRANSACTION ONLY. Purchaser must provide legally sanctioned picture identification in order to pick up WILL CALL tickets.

Hard Tickets Will Not Be Mailed Or Otherwise Provided To User Except At The Box Office Day Of Event.
